Mulnix Animal Clinic is proud to offer Pet Portal, a free service that allows you to manage your pet's health care and medication schedule, communicate with us online, and learn more about your pet's individual health and life-stage issues.

A unique Pet Portal has been established for each of our existing clients. To access your pet's information on a private, easy to use, interactive web page please follow these steps: 1. Enter Pet Portal via the 'log in' button on the graphic on the right or anytime on our website by using the graphic on the left hand side.

2. First time users will need to request a login name and password using the 'Get a Portal' button on the graphic.

3. Once inside your personal Pet Portal you can use the site to:

• Check your pets' vaccination status
• Learn about your doctor's recommendations for each of your pets
• Request an appointment
• Purchase medication and food refills
• Commicate with the clinic via email

4. Watch for periodic reminder emails from Pet Portal concerning your pet and the clinic.
