Here are some questions/answers that we are frequently asked. If you have additional questions that aren't covered here, please feel free to give us a call.

1. What are the Hospital hours?

   Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00AM to 6:00PM

   Wednesday          7:00AM to 7:00PM

   Saturday: 8:00AM-2:00PM

2. Do I need to have an appointment?

    Clients are encouraged to make an appointment for their pet. If an emergency occurs during office hours, please come right in and alert our staff. In emergency scenarios, an appointment is not necessary. If you anticipate the need to rush to our clinic, try to call us on the way here so that we can alert our doctors and staff and prepare for your arrival.  

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

     Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Care Credit

4. Can I make payments?

    Payment is required at the time of service.  Please visit for possible payment options.

5.  When can I visit my pet?

       You will usually stay with your pet throughout your visit. If you pet is undergoing a procedure which requires hospitalization, we will provide you with a list of hours during which we encourage you to visit. For the most part, this will be during office hours when all our doctors and staff are in the office.
